World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Item upgrades are a key part of gearing up your character. Upgrades increase the base damage and the enchantments of items.

They also offer bonus effects and improvements. They can be purchased from the Blacksmith.

The upgrade button is available on any item. Every item upgrader recycled adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.

Weapon

When the weapon is upgraded it will gain an initial damage bonus, as well as a scaling factor that can affect other stats. Certain upgrade components have cosmetic effects and others provide additional benefits. These upgrades can be inserted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools. Most require the equipment to have an available upgrade slot and meet certain requirements. If a weapon piece has an upgrade component in it, the item can be upgraded however the previous upgrade will be destroyed (except for legendary equipment and upgrades). Upgrade components can be recovered with the help of a Black-Lion Salvage Kit or an Ascended Salvage Tool, or using a salvage tool of high-end quality on the item itself.

A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that improves certain stats, such as Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is accomplished through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times, based on weapon's level.

When the weapon reaches its maximum upgrade, it can then be rebuilt to add additional bonuses and effects, or to improve specific stats. Many of these upgrades can be applied at once, and the effects are based on the nature of the weapon.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game that can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area and Smithing Master Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both require different upgrade materials: Smithing Stones for standard weapons and Somber Smithing Stones for modifying the kind of damage a weapon can cause.

In general, it's Best item upgrader to improve your weapon's damage first. Then you can improve your armour defense and finally the secondary stats that are required by your build. It is not unusual to see melee Druids upgrade their weapons prior to upgrading other equipment. This can help increase DPS. Armor

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do this players must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations holds a powerful fairy who can upgrade one piece of armor for the player.

Contrary to popular belief, armor in The Division 2 is not in any way useless. The truth is that certain armors have very significant enhancements to poison or curse, fire, or magic damage reduction, which makes them very useful for specific builds. Potion

Trinket

A trinket is an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It could be a necklace, ring or even a tiny flag used to identify a boat's yard that is lateen. This can also refers to a gilded trinket that is attached to the mast of a boat.

This macabre trinket is believed to be influencing the denizens of this maze, making them more common. This trinket, at the moment, makes all types of mimics more common and gives each floor an A% chance that it has an ebony replica. Upgrades to this trinket will cost a moderate amount energy.

The magic from this enchanted scepter seems to be affecting the dungeon itself and making it more likely to produce grass and water. At its current level this trinket makes X% of the floors fill with water or grass, however it won't affect enchantments or glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or items generated to solve hazard rooms.

Although it appears to be an ordinary eye of a newt, this mystical item seems to affect your vision in ways other than just reducing your field view. This trinket, at its current level, increases the health gained by drinking healing potions and wells of life by X% and also gives mind sight to enemies within Y tile. This does not stack with Heightened Senses.

After you have completed the Mastery Cave, you can find Trinkets by beating Monsters and inside chests and crates within Skull Cavern. They can't be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

Place the trinket in the Anvil when it needs to be upgraded. This will have an effect on the trinket that is random and will either increase or strengthen its effects. You can reforge a Trinket as many times as you want, though it will always have an effect that is different from the one you had when you first made it.

You can also upgrade your Trinkets at the Alchemy Station by placing them into a Magical Catalyst. This will cost you 6 energy, but will increase the power of the trinkets by a tiny amount.
